Omer Asjad Malhi
FCI National Judge (Can Award CACIB to Labradors, Pointers, German Shorthaired Pointers & Golden Retrievers)
Omer Asjad is a well Established Lawyer, Law Professor and an avid polo player. His interest in dogs and horses developed because of his Grandfather General Sarfaraz Khan, HJ MC who himself was a dog lover. He has been very keenly involved in dog showing since the time he was a young boy. He showed his first dog in 1991. After completing his Law Degree from University College London he came to Pakistan and registered a kennel suffix "WoodWoof" to breed pointers and Labradors. He has the privilege of importing, breeding and owning 14 x Champion Pointers and 5 x Champion Labradors so far and counting. Some of his famous dogs have been Sh Ch Jilony Freedom of Kanix at WoodWoof who had 2 x CCs and 2 x Res CCs UK with a Res CC at CRUFTS 2009. Another excellent sire in his kennel is Sh Ch Larchwold Chaser of Kanix at WoodWoof, JW UK. Listed in Top sires in UK and Sire of DOG CC at Crufts 2019. He has also sired many champions abroad and in Pakistan. His pointer lines mainly consist of Kanix, Millpoint and Chesterhope (from where he imported a dog who proved to be a prolific sire, Chesterhope Its About Time to WoodWoof) going further back to kennels like Crookrise, Pipeaway, Ridanflight etc. He has had similar success with his Labradors and continues to breed to the same English lines. He is currently on the Executive Committee of the Kennel club of Pakistan (KCP) and Gundog Club of Pakistan (GDCP). He has also served as Secretary of the Pointer Club of Pakistan. His commitment to breed sound dual purpose dogs has extended two decades. He believes in keeping the functionality of the breeds alive and hence works avidly with his Pointers in the field with great success. He has been approved as and FCI National Judge in Feb 2025. He is authorized to give CC and CACIB to Labradors, Pointers, German Shorthaired Pointers and Golden Retrievers.
Khawar Abbas Rizvi
FCI National Judge (Can Award CACIB to Labradors, Pointers, German Shorthaired Pointers & Golden Retrievers)
Khawar Abbas Rizvi is a dog fancier who has been engaged with dogs from an early age. He breeds under the “Sadanwali” suffix, named after his hometown in Sialkot, Punjab. He acquired his first purebred dog, Enjoy v.d. Fuchswiese, a female weimaraner from Germany, in 2005. This dog laid the foundation for his subsequent inclination towards breeding and shows. Specializing in gundogs, particularly weimaraners and pointers, his dogs have achieved national accolades, including CACIB, CC, BOB, and BIS awards multiple times. He has also achieved notable success with german shepherds, earning titles such as VA, Sieger, Vice Sieger, BOB, and BIS. Beyond breeding, he has been actively involved in dog administration and show management since 2010. He is a permanent member of the Kennel Club of Pakistan (KCP) and serves on both the managing and judging committees of the Gundog Club of Pakistan (GDCP). He was approved as an FCI Judge in 2025.
