FCI All Breed Judge (Can Award CACIB to All Breeds)

<p style="font-size: 18px !important;">Colonel K. M. Roy has been judging All Breed Championship Shows for the last 40 years. He is an FCI Judge, licensed to award CACIB at International Shows. He is also a licensed Asia Kennel Union (AKU) Japan All Breed Judge. <p style="font-size: 18px !important;">He has judged All Breed Championship Shows as well as FCI International Shows in Philippines, Thailand, India, Taiwan and Malaysia. He comes from a family in which dogs were always considered family members. His serious involvement with dogs started in his boyhood because of his hunting interests as he extensively used gun dogs in his hunting pursuits. At the age of fifteen, he trained his first Gun Dog, a Labrador. Though his initial involvement was with working Gun Dogs, from 1980 onwards, he is seriously involved with show dogs, both as an exhibitor and as judge. <p style="font-size: 18px !important;">He is author of a well known internationally acclaimed book titled “The Magnificent Labrador”. He has received many honours in the field of Canine activities including ‘Life Time Achievement Award’ given to him by the German Shepherd Dog Club of Pakistan. Presently he is the President of the Kennel Club of Pakistan.

He was born in Mainz/Germany in 1958. He started training dogs in the field Schutzhund/IPO/IGP trials and tracking trials in 1970. He joined the Allgemeiner Deutscher Rottweiler Klub (ADRK) in 1980, worked almost daily as a helper in protection work for over 25 years and is a member of the Rottweiler kennel “vom Sternbogen”. In 1990 he became a working judge and is now a breed judge and K&ouml;rmeister in the ADRK. He was owner and handler of Staffordshire Bull Terriers. He now breeds Sloughis and Greyhounds too. He started his work as a breed judge in 2008 and is currently authorized to judge all breeds in Group 1 and some breeds in Groups 2, 3, 5 and 10. From 2008 to 2011 he was the breeding director of the German Sighthound Breeding and Racing Association (DWZRV). He is the president of the German Kennel Club (VDH) since 2009. He is a member of the FCI Breeding Commission and the FCI Standards Commission. Peter Friedrich has judged in sixty countries on all five continents.
