Subject: Election of Patron-in-Chief of the Kennel Club of Pakistan

It is hereby officially notified that at the Special General Meeting of the Kennel Club of Pakistan (KCP), held on 18 October 2026 at Defence Raya Golf & Country Club, DHA Lahore, Colonel (Retd.) K. M. Roy, Sitara-e-Imtiaz (Military), was elected as the Patron-in-Chief of the Kennel Club of Pakistan.

Colonel Roy has served the Kennel Club of Pakistan with distinction as a Founder Member, Secretary and President since 2008. His longstanding dedication, leadership and invaluable contributions to the development of purebred dogs and responsible dog ownership in Pakistan are gratefully acknowledged.

The Kennel Club of Pakistan looks forward to his continued guidance and patronage.
