Dear Rottweiler Fanciers meet our judge Mr Fernando Lucas from Portugal who has been judging Rottweiler since 1996. He has been actively breeding Rottweiler for the past 28 years under kennel prefix “Lucamar”. He was President of the IFR and Rottweiler Club Portugal as well. Mr. Fernando Lucas has judged in more than 20 countries and come with a vast experience.
