Mohsin Naqvi
Mohsin Naqvi FCI National Judge (Can Award CACIB to Labradors, Pointers, German Shorthaired Pointers & Golden Retrievers)

Mohsin Naqvi, a well known businessman and philanthropist from Azad Kashmir, has been deeply involved in the canine world for nearly 30 years. His deep understanding of canine behavior, genetics and training has made him a respected figure in the field. His journey began when he first started breeding Great Danes and Pointers in 1995, gradually expanding his expertise to include other breeds such as Labrador Retrievers, German Shepherd Dogs and Golden Retrievers.

Driven by his passion for dogs, Mohsin played a key role in introducing the culture of dog breeding and showing to Azad Kashmir. Recognizing the lack of organized platforms for dog enthusiasts, he arranged the first-ever dog show in Azad Kashmir, creating a space for breeders, trainers, and dog lovers to connect and exchange knowledge. This initiative marked a significant step in integrating the region into the broader canine community.

As the founder and president of the Kashmir Kennel Club he has organized multiple events, providing a platform for local breeders and dog owners to showcase their dogs and learn from each other.

His kennel prefix,  “Neelum”,  is a well-known name locally and internationally. He prides himself on importing quality dogs and continuing that excellence in his breeding practices. In the last decade, he has constantly participated in dog shows across the country, winning titles ranging from VA1 to best in show.

He became an FCI Judge in 2025.
